Pricing

Labour Rate:

Variable labour rate $50-$80

In order to be able to give you, my valued clients, both quality work and affordable rates, I am using a variable pricing structure. This means I can give the best market value rate based on the work I have completed. My hourly labour fee will not exceed $80 an hour. I do not currently offer pre-estimated project costs.

NOTE: First hour of service will always cost a minimum of $80. Please read my “Minimum Charge“ description, (to the right) as the hourly rate only applies to jobs/tasks that require more than 1 hour of labour time.

Travel Fee:

$0.45/minute:

This fee is applied to all service calls to cover my overhead costs. This fee is charged per minute and is calculated by doubling the time it takes to reach your location from my home base and applying the $0.45/min rate.

NOTE: Driving distances exceeding 45 minutes will be charged an additional $0.15/minute.

Minimum Charge:

$80

This is my base fee across the board for any services that require 60 minutes or less of labour time. Labour time does not include my travel time.

NOTE: Any work that takes 61 minutes or more will be rounded up to the next closest 30-minute increment.

Material Costs:

Cost + 15% (approximate)

Materials needed for your home repair needs will be charged at cost plus 15%. As the customer you may also choose to provide materials towards project completion at zero additional cost, but only at my discretion, and as long as the materials provided are of adequate quality and an appropriate nature.

NOTE: The 15% added cost will be an approximate value.
